Processing Time

Orders are processed after they are received. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. Delightful Post ships once each month according to the monthly mailing schedule below. Mailings are sent via USPS First-Class Mail. During periods of unusually high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are included in the price of your order. No additional shipping fees will be applied.

Each mailing contains a thoughtfully curated assortment of items that varies from month to month. Specific contents are not guaranteed.

Monthly Mailing Timing

Orders received by the 5th of each month will be included in that month's mailing. Orders placed after the 5th of the month will begin with the next month's mailing. Most U.S. subscribers receive their envelope around the middle of the month, although delivery dates may vary based on USPS service. International subscriptions are shipped via USPS without tracking, and delivery times vary by destination.

Damages

If your envelope arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll do our best to make things right. We may ask for photos of any damaged items, but we will not require them to be returned.

Once an order has been accepted by USPS, delivery is subject to USPS processing and handling.
